Earth Tech Enterprises is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to support our growing operations in Punta Gorda and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do
- Operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, rollers, and skid steers
- Perform site preparation, grading, and earthmoving work
- Execute excavation and trenching according to plans and specifications
- Load, move, and place materials safely and efficiently
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Work closely with supervisors and crew to keep projects moving
- Follow all safety protocols and job site requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment in construction or site development
- Strong understanding of grading, excavation, and site work
- Ability to read and follow job site plans and directions
- Commitment to safety and quality work
- Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to work
