What You’ll Do
  • Lead heavy civil projects including site development, roadways, utilities, and excavation.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field crews.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Serve as the main contact for clients, engineers, and inspectors.
  • Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture built on safety and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of heavy civil construction experience, including field supervision and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of site development, earthwork, and utility installation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
